Random Musings - Day #36

So the UK interest rate is down to a paltry 1%. This means savers will get a maximum of 1% interest. You can't save squat, might as well spend it... Oh let's all go buy a house for a laugh! However, the flip-side is you can borrow pretty cheaply now.

Be careful of hotels. Apparently some hotels are being targeted in an old fashioned phishing attack... That said, it looks like it fallen under the radar of the most popular anti-virus/malware companies and fraudtip weren't available for comment. Pinch of salt?

Well hopefully winter is going to go away soon. But why fight it? Certainly in North America, you've got the start of Winterlude in Ottawa tomorrow for 3 weekends and then if you can get down Miami, there's the Winter Music Conference.
