Only Connect: Chat Show

The idea came about after watching numerous chat shows where I was thinking wouldn't it be great if all the guests were connected in some way. For example, on Graham Norton's show, he had two "Sirs" on a couple of times. Wouldn't it be great if they were all knights of the realm?

The Pilot: "Davies"

As an introduction to the connection, there could be a monologue about "Where does the name Davies originate from"? It's Welsh from the name David, etc.

Introduction of the guests who are called Davies, Surprise! IN amongst the guests, can throw in a couple of connecting questions in there as it is still called Only Connect!

Main Guests

Alan Davies, Greg Davies, Sharron Davies

Unsung/Local Hero Feature

A look at someone not famous who is a hero. For example, Cathryn Davies helping individuals/families with foodbanks, etc.

Legend Feature

A look at some distinguished and not been in the limelight recently who could perhaps tell us a story or two. The legendary Dickie Davies is sure to have many stories about "World of Sport" and also Eric Morecambe who he was good friends with.

Musical Feature

Grace Davies (X Factor Runner Up) or Ray Davies (The Kinks).
