Random Musings - Day #68
Not much here! I went to Taunton for business and stayed in Corner House Hotel. The room I stayed in was quaint and small. But getting to my room was a bit of maze. It kind of reminds me of a hotel I once stayed in Birmingham called Jonathans.

Random Musings - Day #13 & #14
I was off in Taunton in Somerset on work assignment and was pretty much away from the computer. Well at least I wasn't able update the blog. Stayed in a travelodge which is in the middle of nowhere, 2 miles from the town centre. Next time, suggested hotels to stay in town (and apparently they are not many of them) include the Corner House hotel, the hugely luxurious Castle hotel and Lowden's House. That reminds me, a useful guide for looking up UK hotels that I use is Smoothhound
It didn't dawn upon me that we could have gone to Taunton racecourse, the following day (15th). And also passed the Somerset county cricket club a few times. Where the likes of Sir Ian Botham and Sir Viv Richards played their county cricket.
