Random Musings - Day #103

Street fighter IV has recently come out. And funny enough the Street fighter movie of 1994 starring Jean Claude Van Damme and Kylie Minogue was on tonight. It was based on the Street Fighter II. There was one character missing from the movie that was in Street Fighter II game. That's today's quiz question.
Also interesting is that there is Street Fighter movie already out (not released in the UK for some reason).
